About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Fabric Technician to join our team in Cambridge. As a Fabric Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out fabric maintenance and portage tasks, and assisting technicians with planned and reactive works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and carry out fabric maintenance and semi-skilled tasks
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and extra work requirements in adherence to set standards and in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements
  • Check and inspection of all plants and equipment
  • Interface with specialist sub-contractors
  • Abide by QA and Health & Safety procedures
  • Health and Safety considerations to all directly employed staff, customer's staff, and public at large
  • Plant condition monitoring

Additional Duties

  • Attend monthly site meetings as required
  • Provide reports in relation to work and equipment as required
  • Undertake miscellaneous duties as requested by the Client
