We are seeking an experienced Head of Workforce Planning & Operations to join our team at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC), a world-class venue that hosts international conferences, concerts, exhibitions, and more. As a key member of our Levy UK & Ireland team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce strategy for the SEC, ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional events.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in senior workforce planning or people operations roles, ideally within the events or hospitality sectors. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with both Levy's and SEC's business goals. This will involve leading the People Operations team in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and deployment, ensuring smooth operations across diverse and high-volume events.

Your expertise will also extend to recruiting and deploying top-tier culinary and service professionals who share our passion for creating extraordinary food and hospitality experiences. You will drive initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention. Additionally, you will oversee talent development programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and staff training, with a focus on delivering excellent service.

In this role, you will work closely with our teams to ensure efficient resource planning and deployment across events, maintaining the SEC's reputation for seamless, first-class service. The estimated salary range for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
