About the Role:
We are seeking a senior workforce planning professional to oversee the strategic workforce needs for our organisation, ensuring seamless, first-class service.
The Head of Workforce Planning and Deployment will lead the People Operations team in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and deployment, ensuring smooth operations across diverse and high-volume events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy, aligning with our business goals to ensure the organisation is staffed with exceptional culinary and hospitality professionals.
- Lead the People Operations team in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and deployment, ensuring efficient resource planning and deployment across events.
- Drive initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
- Oversee talent development programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and staff training, with a focus on delivering excellent service.
About You:
- Proven track record in senior workforce planning or people operations roles, ideally within the events or hospitality sectors.
