Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Adult Nurse to join our Gynaecology Services team as a Band 5 nurse. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on our inpatient gynaecology ward and gynaecology assessment and treatment unit.

About the Role

This role requires a registered adult nurse who can work effectively as part of a wider team to assist in the delivery of high-standard patient care. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, as well as administering medication under prescription once completed competencies.

You will have the opportunity to work with patients pre- and post-operatively, monitor and escalate signs of deterioration, and identify areas for quality improvement. As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for escalating concerns related to patient care delivery when they fall below expected standards.
