Our Assistant Managers support our Store Managers in all aspects of the business, guiding and supporting our valued team of Sales Assistants and volunteers while ensuring customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and consult with the Shop Manager to achieve business objectives
- Lift and carry bags of stock up to 10kg's
- Lead a team of volunteers and staff
- Delegate and coach staff
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage time under conflicting priorities
- Utilize IT literacy and numeracy skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Understand and establish successful retail processes
- Understand basic financial reports
- Experience in a customer-facing role
