We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Payroll Specialist to join our LSH Auto Group team in Birmingham.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the company's payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing. They will supervise the payroll team, develop policies and procedures, and work closely with HR and finance teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly payroll process.
  • Supervise the payroll team and oversee all payroll administration.
  • Manage annual salary and bonus review processes.
  • Produce salary and bonus confirmation letters.
  • Build and maintain reports to ensure employee data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Manage employee benefits, including private medical insurance, life assurance, and pension.
  • Produce annual P11d's and PSA.
  • Produce gender pay gap statistics and analyze data to identify trends and causes.
  • Liaise with Financial Accounts to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
  • Respond to questions regarding salary, NI, and tax.
  • Provide accurate data reports to the wider business.
  • Ensure payroll data complies with HMRC and other legislation.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Payroll Manager role.
  • ATT or CIPP Qualified.
  • Extensive knowledge of Payroll Processes and Systems.
  • Previous knowledge of Rewards & Benefits Review.
  • Experience of payroll-related HR Processes, including Salary Review & Bonus Configuration.
  • Experience of Competitive Analysis and Benchmarking Processes.
  • Excellent data handling, analysis, interpretation, and reporting skills (Microsoft Excel).

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
