We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to provide high-quality care to our patients. Our practice delivers care to a large patient population across four sites, with a well-established nursing team.
Main Responsibilities- Undertake a variety of healthcare duties as requested by medical and other authorized healthcare professionals.
- Ensure the effective delivery of a high-quality service centered on patient care and the patient pathway.
- Work alongside a practice nurse assisting in chronic disease management clinics.
- Perform simple wound dressings and removal of sutures/staples after assessment by a trained Nurse.
- Run Stop Smoking Sessions as per Churchill Medical Centre & Orchard Practice protocol.
- Ensure any queries are raised with a senior clinical member of staff.
- Participate in practice meetings, patient participation groups, and other meetings to improve engagement with the role.

Requirements- GCSE level maths and English or equivalent.
- Previous Phlebotomy, nursing, or other Health Care Assistant experience.
- Experience of working with or in general practice.
- Experience of working with healthcare professionals and/or previous experience in the NHS or social care or relevant field.
