Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for examining and inspecting various products, conducting product and process auditing, providing training to other personnel, and liaising with different departments as required. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Examination and inspection of Pure Air, Pure Fluid, Cabin air and Last chance filter elements and parts at First Article Inspection, First-off or Final Inspection and test stages.
  2. Supporting the Operator Certification Programme by providing specific training, guidance and monitoring of manufacturing and assembly personnel.
  3. Conducting product and process auditing in support of quality system approvals.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per year, enhanced holiday of 33 days per year, and pension benefits. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the success of the company.

Your Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for examining and inspecting various products, conducting product and process auditing, providing training to other personnel, and liaising with different departments as required. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all products meet the required standards. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing any quality issues that arise during the production process.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A recognised engineering apprenticeship with relevant qualifications.
  2. City & Guilds Craft/Technician qualification preferable.
  3. Quality Auditing qualification desirable.
You should have a related engineering background with knowledge of metal cutting, assembly techniques, mechanical devices, inspection techniques, and Quality System requirements. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
