About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- To examine and inspect products at various stages of manufacture to ensure compliance with specifications.
- To support the Operator Certification Programme by providing training and guidance to manufacturing personnel.
- To conduct product and process audits to support quality system approvals.
- To provide training in QC techniques to other personnel as required.
- To liaise with production teams, engineering and supply chain staff to identify and resolve quality issues.
Requirements:
- A recognised engineering apprenticeship with relevant qualifications.
- Craft/Technician certification (City & Guilds) or equivalent.
- Quality Auditing qualification desirable.
- Related engineering background with knowledge of metal cutting, assembly techniques, mechanical devices and inspection methods.
- Good computer literacy and ability to produce clear reports.
- Comprehensive knowledge of specialist measuring equipment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
