As **Goods Inwards Inspector (**Quality Inspector), you will be responsible for ensuring non-conforming product does not leave the GI area until any deviations have been resolved or written permission has been obtained to release product

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Maintain the IBL in a clean and organized manner.
- Process all supplied items in accordance with **AQP8240** and **AQP8300**, whilst conducting relevant documentation checks in accordance with our GI procedures
- Performs all system transactions as required to progress or hold supplied items, utilising visual management system to ensure all supplied items are processed within the agree turnaround time scales

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Having successfully completed a craft Apprenticeship, coupled with strong understanding of compliance processes, rules & regulations
- Familiarity with sample and visual inspection techniques and the ability to read engineering drawings and understand geometric tolerancing & dimensioning
- Highly skilled with calipers, micrometers, height gages, comparators, optical vision systems, and other precision instruments.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- ** ERP**:

- **SAP** systems
- Net Inspect and discuss First Article
- ** EASA Part21\145**, **AS9100 **and **ISO9001**

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate for this role, enhanced by shift allowance. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
