About the Role
The NHS is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join its team in Bolton. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing support and care to adults with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC). As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering post-diagnostic interventions to service users.

Main Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality support and care to individuals with ASC, working closely with them to develop personalized care plans
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to the development of new initiatives

Requirements
* A professional qualification in a relevant health profession (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, OT, or Speech and Language Therapy)
* Significant post-registration experience in their profession, preferably in a community setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and service users

What We Offer
* A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
* 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 29 days after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years

Location
This role is based in Bolton, with occasional travel required across the Greater Manchester area.
