Caregiver for Individual with Autism

We are seeking a compassionate and understanding Caregiver for Individual with Autism to join our team at Enable. This part-time position involves supporting an individual with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a learning disability in their daily life.
About the Service UserOur service user is a kind and gentle individual who requires support with day-to-day living tasks. He enjoys spending time outdoors but also values quiet days at home.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires patience, empathy, and a good sense of humour. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our service user while working within strict guidelines and procedures.
You will work closely with our team to ensure the service user's physical and emotional needs are met. You will also have access to our extensive learning programme and in-house career development opportunities.
The estimated salary for this position is £23,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
