We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Inclusion, a leading provider of mental health services. As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in managing a team of therapists and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide line management and caseload supervision to a team of therapists, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with Clinical and Operational Leads to plan and organize service delivery, delegating tasks as necessary.
- Promote effective communication and coordination among staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide consultation and support to therapists in managing risk and safety.
- Conduct monthly case load/line management supervision to ensure staff meet key performance indicators.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualified and experienced in delivering high-intensity talking therapies, such as CBT, EMDR, or IPT.
- Accredited with a recognized professional body, such as BABCP or UKCP.
- Leadership training and qualification, such as ILM.
- Extensive experience in supervising therapists and managing caseloads.
