We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Advisor to join our successful team in the Credit Specialities market based in Leeds. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Client Executive team in the daily servicing of clients and the renewal process.
- Manage credit limit requirements for clients via insurer portals and communicate directly with insurers.
- Provide clients with support and guidance to ensure adherence to policy terms and conditions.
- Administer action logs and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare pre-renewal submission data and support Client Executives in client meetings.
- Build relationships across Marsh and with external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build, manage and develop relationships.
- A hybrid working model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
