Job Title: Healthcare Delivery Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Delivery Director to join our team at Bridge Recruitment UK Ltd.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our care services, working closely with our field staff, colleagues, and key stakeholders to ensure the effective and safe delivery of services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care services, meet and assess new service users, complete client reviews and risk assessments, identify and deal with queries, and report to the office.
  • Supervise, mentor, and carry out spot checks on field staff, ensuring high standards and adhering to the code of conduct and company values and ethos.
Requirements:
  • NVQ/QCF L2 and/or L3 diploma in Health and Social Care
  • At least 2 years of care experience in the health and social care sector
  • Hold a UK full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to communicate information and develop individuals to improve their knowledge and skill set
