  • Lead project teams to achieve project goals, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on progress
  • Maintain effective relationships with site teams, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Proven track record in project management, with experience in commercial build projects valued at £5m+
  • Strong understanding of construction industry principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, think critically, and make informed decisions
  • Relevant certifications, such as SMSTS and CSCS
  • Valid degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field

Benefits and Salary

This challenging yet rewarding role offers a salary of £73,000 - £78,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance.
