The POLYTEC GROUP, a leading developer and manufacturer of high-quality plastic parts, is expanding its team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning and supervising the extension of production facilities in the automotive supply industry.

Job Description:

As a Construction Project Manager at the POLYTEC GROUP, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating technical tenders and creating purchase requisitions
  • Obtaining necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities
  • Determining required resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, while adhering to budget constraints
  • Planning construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to ensure timely completion
  • Approving invoices and processing receipt bookings
  • Evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards and reporting any issues

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from initial planning to project completion.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a project manager in the construction or engineering field
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and principles
  • Completed technical education, preferably in construction, electrics, or mechanical engineering
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP
  • Familiarity with construction/project management software
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • A team player with leadership abilities
  • BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or a relevant field
  • PMP or equivalent certification an advantage
