Training and Development Plan

Our Trainee Shift Manager position is a stepping stone towards becoming a full Shift Manager within our organization. To ensure your successful development, you will go through a structured training and development program, including:

  • Orientation and Onboarding: You will receive an orientation to familiarize you with our company culture, policies, and the role's expectations.
  • Shadowing and Mentorship: You will work alongside experienced Shift Managers to observe and learn best practices.
  • Training Modules: You will complete training modules covering leadership, operational procedures, team management, and customer service.
  • Hands-on Experience: You will gradually take on more responsibilities as you gain confidence and experience.
  • Performance Reviews: Regular performance reviews will be conducted to assess your progress and provide feedback.

Requirements and Qualifications
