Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Shift Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Learning and understanding the company's policies, procedures, and operational standards.
2. Assisting with day-to-day operations, including team management, customer service, and problem resolution.
3. Gaining hands-on experience in supervising and coaching team members to ensure high-quality service and efficiency.
4. Participating in inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring optimal stock levels.
5. Collaborating with other managers and departments to meet organisational goals and standards.
Training and Development Plan:
The Trainee Shift Manager position is a stepping stone towards becoming a full Shift Manager within our organisation. To ensure your successful development, you will go through a structured training and development program, including:
1. Orientation and Onboarding: You will receive an orientation to familiarise you with our company culture, policies, and the role's expectations.
2. Shadowing and Mentorship: You will work alongside experienced Shift Managers to observe and learn best practices.
3. Training Modules: You will complete training modules covering leadership, operational procedures, team management, and customer service.
4. Hands-on Experience: You will gradually take on more responsibilities as you gain confidence and experience.
5. Performance Reviews: Regular performance reviews will be conducted to assess your progress and provide feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for the Trainee Shift Manager position, candidates should possess:

2. High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
3. Availability for a flexible, full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
