Job Details

We are recruiting for a Support Worker to join our Residential Children's Home in Essex and Suffolk. This exciting role offers the chance to work with children and young people, helping them to develop independent skills and achieve their life ambitions.

You will be responsible for providing emotional and behavioural support, as well as assisting with daily activities and promoting a safe and trusting environment. In this dynamic setting, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, working alongside experienced senior management and receiving bespoke internal training.

Our competitive salary package includes a sleep-in rate of £8.91 per hour, plus benefits such as 28 days annual leave, free on-site parking, and ongoing mentoring and support.
