Role Overview
Barchester Healthcare is committed to providing high-quality care and support to our residents. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Care Homes Manager to join our team and help us achieve this goal.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team of Carers and Senior Carers to deliver person-centred care and support to our residents. This will involve recording observations on weight and blood pressure, carrying out simple wound dressing procedures, and building key relationships within the home and externally.
About the Successful Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You will have a proven track record of providing clinical care for older adults and will be able to lead and motivate our team of Carers and Senior Carers.
Salary and Benefits
As a Residential Care Homes Manager, you will receive a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including free learning and development opportunities, holiday discounts, and unlimited access to our Refer a Friend bonus scheme.
