Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team at DATS Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the quality of operational processes within the Projects and Technical Services team.

This role is essential for ensuring compliance with company standards, statutory regulations, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure workflows, processes, and products meet quality and safety regulations.
  • Develop and review management procedures, work instructions, and process flows for Projects and Technical Services.
  • Implement quality standards and assurance systems for Projects and Technical Services activities.
  • Prepare and track the Site Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
  • Generate monthly reports on QA-related topics and KPIs.
  • Prepare the annual Management Review in compliance with ISO9001.
  • Contribute to quality, health, safety, sustainability, and security investigations, audits, and inspections to drive continual improvement.
  • Lead and support the Quality Deviation Notification process (QDN) to identify root causes and implement corrective measures.
  • Support project and design quality management processes, including concession and change control.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree.
  • Experience in working in a design/engineering environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in quality assurance within a high-tech company.
  • Proficient in Quality Management Systems.
  • Excellent IT skills and computer literacy.
  • Effective project management, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Performance-driven with strong communication and influencing abilities.
  • Able to achieve SC level security clearance.
