About the Job

This position involves contributing to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of apprenticeships in the field of children and young people.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of apprenticeship programs.
  2. Develop and deliver training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  3. Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and reporting any risks to the line manager.
  4. Track student progress and provide actionable insights to inform improvement strategies.
  5. Represent the organization at various meetings and events, fostering partnerships and promoting our services.
  6. Visit clients and stakeholders to build relationships and expand our network.
  7. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
Requirements:
  • A strong skill set and experience in developing and delivering high-quality training programs.
  • Relevant qualifications in literacy and numeracy at Level 2.
  • Possession of teacher training qualifications is highly desirable.
  • Ability to establish excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capacity to observe students/apprentices in their workplace and provide guidance to support their qualification attainment.
  • Business acumen to identify opportunities that maximize income within the department.
