Job Overview

This role involves providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and social media. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and enthusiastic about technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and friendly support to customers via multiple contact channels.
  • E-commerce Support: offer assistance to customers on our online stores.
  • Manage all incoming contacts, identifying and assessing customer needs while maintaining an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support customers through social media, WhatsApp, and Live Chat.
  • Maintain and improve existing KPIs and SLAs.
  • Offer technical support for a range of Casio products.
  • Assist with any other tasks as requested by the company.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in an office-based or call centre customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling confident interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
  • Confidence in handling complaints and maintaining calm, clear communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to achieve timely resolutions.
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
  • Dedicated to helping others.
  • Recent experience with Zendesk CRM is preferred; previous experience with other CRM systems is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary Range:

£32,500 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
