We are looking for a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the UK.

Job Summary

Your primary responsibility will be to assess and manage communication and swallowing disorders among our residents in various locations throughout the country.

Main Tasks
  • Establish and execute tailored therapy plans grounded in evidence-based research, collaborating closely with other professionals.
  • Maintain exceptionally high standards of care in accordance with national best practices.
  • Leverage your expertise as a named therapist to drive cohesive goal-setting and treatment coordination.
  • Engage actively in organizational training and quality assurance initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
  • Current HCPC registration.
  • Prior experience working in a neurorehabilitation setting.
  • Advanced skills in dysphagia management, verified at the specialist level on the RCSLT framework.
