We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to support our ongoing growth in the New Build and Social Housing replacement sector. The successful candidate will work within our Commercial team on projects, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial.

The role involves reviewing and negotiating terms for existing contracts and tender opportunities, submitting monthly valuations, pricing complex variations and non-standard offerings, and attending client meetings and presentations. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Quantity Surveying and experience with commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and negotiate contract terms
  2. Submit monthly valuations
  3. Pricing of complex variations
  4. Client meetings and presentations
  5. Site attendance to review progress
  6. Mobilisation of new contracts
  7. Represent the company as a key point of contact with clients
  8. Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and experience with Microsoft Office software packages. Training will be provided on all proprietary software packages.
