We are looking for a qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor to support our on-going growth in these sectors by working within our Commercial team on projects in the New Build and Social Housing replacement sector.
Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial the role is not just a traditional quantity surveying role in its entirety but also affords a good opportunity to be directly involved in project management of significant client contracts.
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Quantity Surveying and is familiar with commercial contracts.
You will be someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, work as part of a team and lead teams. An understanding of contract administration would be beneficial, as would experience with Microsoft Office software packages. Training will be provided on all proprietary software packages.
