Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Client Partner. In this role, you'll be responsible for fostering client growth and acquisition, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and leading the charge in developing and executing sales strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Foster Client Growth & Acquisition
- Be the catalyst for new business opportunities, leveraging our suite of services to address client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding our client portfolio while maximizing value.
- Lead the charge in developing and executing sales strategies, guiding your team through every step to ensure successful outcomes.
- Craft customized growth strategies backed by data-driven insights, setting the stage for client success and long-term partnerships.
- Drive client business planning sessions, aligning objectives and identifying growth pathways for mutual benefit.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Proficiency in SF CRM software and other sales productivity tools
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Community;
- Salesforce product acumen above and beyond Commerce
- Referencable relationships
- Experience of selling professional services within the Salesforce ecosystem
