We are seeking a highly skilled Software Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of RF and digital hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software and frameworks for RF test systems.
  • Create automated test cases to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of test systems.
  • Implement automated regression testing to ensure system stability across software releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/Matlab.
  • Experience with automating the testing/production of hardware elements such as PCBs and passive/active antennas.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Desired
  • Experience with RF simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink) and RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
  • Solid understanding of RF principles, including modulation techniques, signal processing, and wireless communication protocols.
  • Prior experience in RF testing, automation engineering, or software development is highly desirable.
