Software Automation Engineer

As a Software Automation Engineer at Tiger Resourcing Group, you will play a key role in developing automated systems for analysis of antenna calibration and validation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of RF and digital hardware.
  • Collaborate with Antenna engineers, software developers, and quality assurance teams to automate testing processes and optimize system performance.
  • Develop automated scripts to run measurements and analysis from the Compact Antenna Test Range (CATR) test systems using Python.
  • Integrate testing methodologies into automated testing frameworks using Python.
  • Develop automation for validation of RF system functionality.
  • Document test procedures, methodologies, and results for internal reference and regulatory compliance.
  • Generate reports summarizing test findings, including defects and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/Matlab.
  • Experience with automating the testing/production of hardware elements such as PCBs and passive/active antennas.
  • Familiarity with Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Prior experience in RF testing, automation engineering, or software development is highly desirable.
