**Job Role:**

We are looking for an experienced Children's Services Worker to join our team at Mount Pleasant Primary School. As a key member of our staff, you will support the delivery of high-quality services to children, ensuring their needs are met in a safe and nurturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement child care practices that meet professional standards and council policies.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate services to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

**Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., social work, education, child care).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary and Benefits:

This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £13,589 - £14,882 per annum. You will also have access to opportunities for professional development and career progression within our organisation.
