We are looking for an effective, strong and inspirational leader who can:

- lead, motivate and inspire colleagues to achieve excellence and raise standards
- show commitment to continuous school improvement
- work with SLT to develop a strategic view for Thomas Arnold and plan for future needs and further development of the school
- ensure that the management, organisation and administration of the school supports the vision and aims of the school
- monitor, evaluate and review the effect of policies, priorities and targets of the school.
- can build excellent relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues
- have a clear knowledge and understanding of the principles of child development and learning processes within primary education
- demonstrate good communication skills both orally and written, and to be able to seek to make learning a positive experience
