Role Overview

This SEN Teaching Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to work with students who require tailored support in a well-established SEND school in Lichfield. As a dedicated and passionate individual, you will provide one-on-one and small nurture group support to help students thrive academically and socially.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need relevant experience working with students with autism and moderate learning difficulties (MLD). A strong commitment to supporting young people and going the extra mile for their development is essential. You must also be able to provide references and pass a DBS check.

What We Offer

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will receive excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system. Daily rate is subject to your scale rate, experience in role and qualifications which will be discussed at the point of registration. Additionally, you will benefit from social and networking events, pension contributions, and CPD to help with your professional development.

Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
