We are seeking a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join our team in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting, providing essential education and support for children who have been permanently excluded or need alternative provision.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students who have SEMH challenges, additional behaviour needs, and Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of engaging lessons in core and foundation subjects
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and carers
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of SEMH challenges, additional behaviour needs, and Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits:
The annual salary for this position is estimated to be around £20,941.30 (Term-Time Only), based on an hourly rate of £11.78 per hour. You will also receive free lunch and career development opportunities.
