Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director Hotel to join our team at Cartwheel Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Director Hotel, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and growth in the hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage key accounts and relationships with corporate clients, travel management companies, and other business partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the revenue team to set sales strategies and drive commercial action
  • Present and contribute during monthly owner's and budget meetings on key actions undertaken
  • Develop and implement a robust sales plan for the property with key internal stakeholders
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotions and value-added initiatives during low-demand periods

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development in the hotel industry
  • Strong understanding of the hotel market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
