Job Description:

Role Overview:

At Arvato, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in supporting business leaders and employees in various HR functions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Support the design, development, and delivery of strategic projects and change management initiatives to drive business results.
Analyse internal evidence and data to identify 'people' priorities for the business and hold informative discussions with managers.
Provide professional HR support to business leaders and employees, including resolving high-level employee issues and implementing policies and processes.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to engage and coordinate data collection and policy implementation.
Coach and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders across the business, including providing training sessions on DEI, performance management, and other business-critical topics.
Stay up-to-date with employment law and changes within legislation, and implement them into the business.

Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with a strong ethical and people-centric approach to HR, along with the following qualifications:

CIPD Qualification.
Previous experience in an HR Advisor/HRBP role with a solid understanding of people management issues.
Proficient knowledge of employment law and a commitment to continuous HR learning and development.
Proactive interaction skills with the ability to engage with managers and employees at all levels to resolve HR issues.
Highly organized with the capability to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and creative approach.
Leadership capabilities and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the workplace.
