Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to young individuals with complex needs, helping them navigate their challenges and develop into adulthood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to young individuals, fostering their development and well-being.
- Assist with daily activities, such as horse riding, painting, driving, shopping, and virtual schooling.
- Work collaboratively with a team of eight to ensure the needs of all individuals are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with young individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or teenagers.
- A manual UK driving license and ability to travel to other sites/residences.
