Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Process and Tools Specialist to join our team at Computerworld Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our manufacturing group, you will be responsible for measuring data and designing processes to improve productivity.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established manufacturing group that is going through a period of growth. You will be responsible for:

  • Measuring data through assessing industrial processes
  • Implementing and developing practices, routines and solutions to help improve productivity and product quality
  • Designing and running process simulations, performing risk assessment testing to eliminate time and cost constraints
  • Devising, implementing and testing new strategies to help optimise productivity
  • Analysing data to discover areas that need improvements and upgrades
  • Assessing compliance and adherence to safety and quality standards and reporting to higher management about their findings and proposals

Requirements:

Experience of injection moulding and tooling processes is essential.
