We are certified B Corporations, part of a community driving the shift towards a new economy that benefits workers, communities, and the environment.
The Opportunity:
We invite applications for a Regulatory Mapping Operational Design Specialist to join our Bristol Head Office on a full-time 6-month Fixed Term Contract basis. This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with typically 1-2 days in the office per week and remote work options.

- Evaluating resource and time requirements to manage this effort in transition and BAU, recommending an optimal approach for absorption
- Reviewing market options for tooling beyond Excel to control regulatory mapping data, updates, and required changes, including links to actions taken, such as policy updates and ownership for progressing changes
- Either supporting the implementation of a new tool or establishing controls/permissions within an Excel solution
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have expertise in operational model and process design to optimize regulatory processes across 1st and 2nd line risk teams. You will require experience and knowledge of various regulatory requirements and their practical application in a banking environment.
You should possess a high-level understanding and/or a strong interest in potential tooling options available to support regulatory compliance management in a medium-sized bank. Additionally, you will need experience of scoping resource requirements to transition and maintain regulatory processes and proven experience in implementing and embedding new systems/processes.
What We Offer:In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a Full-Time Equivalent salary between £54,500 - £68,000 depending on experience, plus access to our comprehensive benefits package, where most benefits are non-contributory.
