Clear IT Recruitment is a leading provider of legal professionals in Manchester. We are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team on a Hybrid basis.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable firm in the Transactional Team, managing a caseload of Conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a caseload of Conveyancing transactions, including all aspects of the transaction from instruction to completion and registration of the file.
  2. Draft legal documents, including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract packs, Exchange letters, Freehold AP1s, and Send Faxes.
  3. Prepare and submit Stamp Duty Land Tax returns.
  4. Verify account ledgers.
Requirements
  • Relevant Property and Conveyancing experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent literacy and computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
  • Proven organisational, planning, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Personal commitment to equality and diversity.
Training

The company provides mandatory training, including AML, Customer Service, and Data Protection. External training is also supported by the company where appropriate.
