About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter and Decorator Specialist to join our team at De Vere Latimer Estate. As a key member of our hotel maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality painting and decorating tasks to ensure the preservation and enhancement of our historic and luxurious venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out painting and decorating tasks to the highest standard, ensuring minimum disruption to guests and staff.
  • Provide adequate protection and warning signs to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel maintenance team to complete general maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience and knowledge of painting and decorating in a large-scale venue.
  • Dedication to working to a high standard and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
