About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter and Decorator to join our team at De Vere Latimer Estate. As a key member of our hotel maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorating tasks to the highest standard, ensuring minimum disruption to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out painting and decorating tasks within the hotel, including walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Provide adequate protection and warning signs to minimize disruption to guests.
  • Work safely and efficiently, with a focus on minimizing downtime and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in general maintenance work as required, including tasks such as cleaning and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience and knowledge of painting and decorating in a large-scale venue.
  • Dedication to working to a high standard.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Experience of general maintenance tasks.
