Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of Cluttons.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients, procurement teams, and industry partners to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs and objectives.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector, leveraging your market knowledge and network to generate leads and proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives and client engagements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and progress within our CRM system.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, challenges, and potential growth areas within the industry.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar business development role within the real estate or related industries.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience using CRM systems.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
