About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned Recruitment Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional recruitment solutions and has a proven track record of success in the industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of recruiters to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality recruitment services
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team's continued success
