About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Quality Manager to join our UK&I Digital and Integrated Systems Product Line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the engineering quality deliverables, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality engineers to ensure that all engineering deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all quality-related documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality management in the railway industry, with a focus on signalling and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and CENELEC standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
