Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive Educational Support Specialist to support our teaching staff in creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of lesson plans and educational materials to ensure a comprehensive curriculum.
- Provide individualized support to students to reinforce learning concepts and promote academic success.
- Help manage classroom behavior and logistics to maintain a productive learning environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum Associate's degree or higher in education or a related field.
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for education.
