Job Description

The Bookkeeping and Payroll Specialist will play a crucial role in managing our finances, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all aspects of bookkeeping and payroll processing. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, handling the full payroll cycle, and assisting in preparing financial reports and statements.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Sage Line 50.
  • Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle the full payroll cycle using Sage Payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and pensions.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll management.
  • Proficiency in Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll.
  • Knowledge of current payroll legislation and VAT regulations.
