About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Telecom Operations team in Northern Ireland as a Telecom Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, working closely with our engineering team to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations team in managing orders from set-up to resolution.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services.
  • Contribute to improving customer service levels and overall team performance.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with company developments.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry beneficial.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
