Job Title: Workforce Transformation Consulting Manager

At Marsh & McLennan Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Transformation Consulting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our workforce transformation practice, you will be responsible for delivering strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and change management solutions to our clients.

About the Role:
  • Build strong client relationships and lead project work streams to deliver successful business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans, organisational designs, and change management initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead people through the management and development of staff, including assigning, directing, and evaluating work.
  • Generate sales by expanding revenues from existing clients and leading prospecting efforts with new clients.
About You:
  • Significant experience within a Workforce Transformation role, ideally within a consultancy.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the capacity to quickly understand complex business issues.
  • Ability to facilitate client project meetings and present key insights and reports findings.
  • Broad understanding and experience of organisational change and people strategy with specific experience in organisational and cultural transformation, enterprise skills transformation, HR Transformation, organisation design, strategic workforce planning, and change management.
