This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Organisational Design Senior Manager, where you will lead large-scale transformative organisational design projects for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative and insightful solutions, providing best-practice insights and guidance to support successful client delivery. As a Senior Manager, you will provide leadership and management across our team, supporting effective go-to-market strategies and improving the maturity of our overall organisation design capability and solution offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the successful delivery of large-scale transformation projects that require deep technical expertise across organisation design, target operating model and organisational effectiveness capabilities.
  • Support in driving go-to-market activities by overseeing and leading on proposal development, representing our team and solutions by attending pitches, and responding to client's specific engagement needs.
  • Support in establishing workforce transformation strategies and opportunity areas to identify target client and solution growth as part of the wider Workforce Transformation leadership team.
  • Have a solid understanding of EY solution offerings across the firm and build a well-connected internal network to bring the best of EY to our clients and be able to sell People Consulting alongside our other service line offerings.
  • Hold account/ sector/solution management responsibilities to help drive commercial success and strengthen our strategic partnership with clients.
  • Align Workforce Transformation offerings with sector needs, by having deep understanding of at least one of the sectors we serve across Financial Services (e.g., Banking and Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth and Asset Management, FinTech and Private Equity).
  • Advance the People Consulting and Workforce Transformation practice by representing the business in relevant forums, authoring thought leadership, and leading the development of EY methodologies.
  • Act as an SME within the Workforce Transformation team. Remain versed in the latest OD practices. Establish and deliver learning and upskilling opportunities to mature service offering and capability. Provide coaching and development opportunities for more-junior resources and peers.
  • Act as a visible role model for our people by advocating and demonstrating the EY behaviours and values. Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members and promote an inclusive working environment.
